Croc-ism

No offense to those who love Crocs — to each his own — but I was delighted when Tim Gunn had this to say about the shoe I found most hideous from the start:

It looks like a plastic hoof. How can you take that seriously? I know it's comfortable; I understand that. But if you want to dress to feel as though you never got out of bed, don't get out of bed.

I've never seen Project Runway. But I love Tim Gunn already.

i totally agree! it's ok for kids i guess (though i heard it's quite a hazard to the little footies) but grownups look goofy in them literally!

Babs, this is my first time to move and I doubt there'll be a second. =P As for the Crocs, there had been incidents where kids got caught in escalators wearing them so they're not only ugly but unsafe!

Halpert, please tell Bong that while comfort matters, appearance does too, hehe

well, still i found it cute for the kids especially w/ jidbits (tama b spelling??), but i have also heard it is unsafe, that is why i have to be the guardian of my nephews everytime when they wear crocs and take escalator. crocs, i guess it is suitable for kids (if it safe) and chubby one?? (ok, lets said for some nlang, not all, just my two centimo here)
